Many times, I am pushed to my childhood memory lens. I conspicuously remember that my grandparents, my parents used to chant certain Sanskrit shlokas as a part of god worship in totality .Years after when I bloomed myself into young girl, I started applying my mind to the mystic zone of life.Later on after I became mother of two kids I started seriously applying my mind to the ways /manner & style, I should bring up my children. As a parent when I used to interact with other parents, the common topic of discussion was how effectively, healthily bring up the children. Continued with my passion to learn Shlokas, I completed my Sanskrit Shlokas & Bhagwat Geeta chanting classes from my Guru in 2009 & I completed my post-graduation is Sanskrit and passed Bhagvad geeta exam conducted by ISKON. I started teaching theses shlokas to my sons when they were of 6 years of age .I noticed that there was gradual change in the attitude, aptitude& general intelligence of my children. To widen the base of study, I started shloka classes with a very small no of children .The parents who came with the grievance that his /her child is not properly attending to studies, not able to concentrate & slightly getting arrogant / disobedient, I experimented upon these children just to strengthen my observations & belief that chanting of shlokas (knowing their meaning) does have slow but continuous impact on their overall behavior.

A fast changing life style, the food pattern, the long working hours, continuous stress on the mind of an individual even on school going children ultimately leads to revelation of mental & physical complaints of various nature. Our dedicated approach strongly supported by long experience of our earlier generations, the Vedic literature, the commentaries on the enormous power of mind to overcome the serious disorders of body & mind. Our website is a humble exercise to invite people to believe first that mind overrides the physical disorders by disciplining the most agile mind & experienceing the immense joy, peace of mind. Upasana by chanting of certain Mantras /Shlokas is a way we believe, helps holistically to treat the body through the mind force.
